What does your psychological counseling department do?The Psychological Counseling Department at our school aims to support the cognitive, personal, and emotional development of our students by using reliable scientific testing materials to assess fine motor, language, and basic motor skills. We also offer guidance to parents on healthy communication and provide students with the tools to understand themselves, express their feelings, and solve problems. All interactions are conducted with strict confidentiality and adherence to professional ethical standards. The process includes observations, student and teacher interviews, testing and inventory administration, and parent interviews. Throughout the year, our school also offers educational programs and seminars led by our school psychologist to provide support to parents on various challenges and issues. Dates for these events are announced two weeks in advance.

What are the key factors considered in the school's approach to cleaning and hygiene?Cleaning and hygiene are a top priority All necessary measures are taken to prioritize the health of students Toilets are cleaned 3 times a day with appropriate disinfectants Classrooms are cleaned every morning and evening Contact areas such as door handles, handrails, and light switches are disinfected 2 times a day The entire school is disinfected with a steam machine 2 times a week Regular checks and maintenance of the pool in the garden are carried out.

How does the school communicate with divorced families?We follow the rules of legal custody when providing updates and information about student progress to parents. Communication is with the legal guardian of the student as recognized by the Ministry of Education. The person authorized to pick up the child from school is either the parent with legal custody or someone authorized by the legal guardian. If the child has a mother or father who does not have legal custody, they cannot pick up the child from school. The school does not take responsibility for any legal matters, such as being a party in disputes between parents, testifying in court, etc.

Who is responsible for picking up students?Students who come to school by bus are picked up and dropped off by the school bus. Students who come to school with their parents are dropped off to their parents upon leaving In cases where parents are unable to pick up their children, they must inform the school and provide written identification of the person designated to pick up the child. Students will not be handed over to anyone other than their parents. In cases of divorced parents, the parent with legal custody is considered the guardian of the student, and is responsible for deciding who will pick up the child from school.

How does the school handle rainy weather?Rainy weather does not prevent us from exploring and learning. Students wear raincoats, waterproof pants, and boots and continue to explore the schoolyard. We use the opportunity to observe and learn about the changes in nature that occur during different weather conditions.

How do you track child development progress?Our counselor will meet with each student and their respective parents to understand the needs of every child. The school counselor will also meet with each parent once a week to discuss their child's progress. Teachers will send a daily report about the material covered in class. A final assessment report will be provided with recommendations.

What are the key factors considered in the school's approach to nutrition?Meals consisting of breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon meal are prepared in-house and served in the school cafeteria Specialized dietitian creates menus with a focus on healthy, balanced diets Only healthy, nutritious, and halal products are used, without any added sugar, processed foods, white flour, or margarine Parents are requested to not send foods or drinks containing additives such as cake, candy, chocolate, and acidic drinks to the school.

How are students with illnesses or injuries at school handled?Minor injuries are treated with first aid and parents are informed. In case of urgent intervention is required, student will be taken to nearest medical facility and parents or emergency contacts will be notified. If a student has regular medication, the school will ask for a sample of the prescription, and the drugs will be given to the child only as prescribed. Parents must inform the school of any allergies or health concerns, including medication, food sensitivities, etc. The school is not responsible for problems caused by allergies or health concerns not reported by the parents. It is important that parents inform the school of any illnesses or health complications their child may have, as this information is vital for emergency situations. All information about students is kept confidential and is not shared with other students, parents, or third parties.

How do you communicate with parents?Parents can contact the school directly at any time using one of the contact numbers or by leaving a message on our Whatsapp number listed on the Contact Us page. Teachers will send a daily report about the material covered in class. Special instructions may be given to certain students' parents to ensure their child's progress is on track. The school counselor will meet with each parent once a week to discuss their child's progress. Parents can make an appointment with the counselor by contacting the school.

How do trips work?Each trip is planned for Islamic educational purposes, with the focus on contributing to student learning and experiences. Parents can accompany students on trips Students are transported as a group, and all return to their addresses.

How does the school handle sunny weather?We take advantage of sunny weather by conducting many classroom activities outdoors in the school garden. Students spend more time outside, having fun and learning at the same time. Fresh air helps to open the minds of students and improves their ability to learn. Outdoor activities such as exploring and observing nature lead students to form new questions and seek answers.
