Terms of Service
Welcome to the Islamic Summer Camp in Istanbul. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:

100% refund (minus $100 processing fee) from February 1, 2023, up until March 31, 2023.

From April 1, 2023, to April 30, an 80% refund minus a $100 processing fee.

From May 1 to May 31, 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee.

From June 1 to June 15, 30% refund minus a $100 processing fee.

From June 16 to July 1, non-refundable minus a $100 processing fee.
Payment
Payment for our services must be made in full upon registration. By submitting payment, you agree to our Refund Policy.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the camp, including but not limited to, those resulting from transportation, activities, or events.
Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify our services and these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
